Kevin Coffey and his Real Property Solutions Team has been involved in many facets of residential real estate in Central Ohio since 2002, which include Property Management, REO Sales, Short Sales, Lease Options, Land Contracts and your everyday arms length transactions. Our management team focuses primarily on residential property which includes single family homes, condominiums, duplexes and multi-family buildings.
 
Our Property Management team focuses on maintaining and creating value in the real property consistent with the owners’ goals and objectives. These goals and objectives will be achieved by physical inspections and follow-through, owner relations, financial budgeting, lease administration, expense control and risk management.
